Return and Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time via the account settings panel. Cancellations prevent future charges. Access to services continues until the end of the paid period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered within 7 days of the initial payment. This applies only to first-time subscriptions. Refund requests must include user details and confirmation of account ownership.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

After 7 days from the initial payment, refunds are no longer available. Mid-cycle cancellations do not qualify for partial refunds. All billing remains fixed per cycle.

4. Request Process

Refund requests must be sent by email to the official contact address. Users should include their account email and payment reference. Requests will be reviewed individually.

5. Response Time

Refund evaluations are processed within 14 business days. Users will receive confirmation once the request has been reviewed. If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.

6. No Additional Charges

No processing or cancellation fees are applied when issuing refunds. Only the original transaction amount is considered. Refunds are not subject to deductions.

7. Account Status After Refund

Once a refund is issued, access to the platform is discontinued. The user may re-subscribe later if needed. Previous usage history may not be retained.
